YOUR INFORMATION, HANDLED WITH CARE

Privacy Policy

Professional work often requires sensitive business and personal information. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we need it, who may receive it and the choices available to you.

Effective: 2 September 2026Operator: Instant Professionals Private LimitedApplies to: instantprofessionals.in and related enquiries

1. Who we are and when this policy applies

“Instant Professionals”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Instant Professionals Private Limited, which operates instantprofessionals.in. This policy applies to website visitors, people who contact us through the website, WhatsApp, email or telephone, prospective clients, clients, authorised representatives and persons whose information is supplied to us for an enquiry or engagement.

It covers personal information processed digitally by us or on our behalf. A written engagement letter, proposal, service-specific authorisation, professional standard or applicable law may add more specific obligations. Where a signed engagement document conflicts with this policy, that document governs the relevant engagement to the extent permitted by law.

2. Information we may collect

We collect only information that is reasonably relevant to the enquiry, service, legal requirement or security need. The exact information depends on the service you request.

Enquiry and contact data

Name, business/entity name, email address, mobile number, preferred contact method, service interest, message, page or package selected and communications with us.

Professional-service data

Identity, contact, ownership, financial, tax, corporate, employment, transaction, intellectual-property, portal and supporting-record information that you provide or authorise us to obtain.

Payment and billing data

Invoice, payment reference, payer identity, tax and reconciliation records. We do not ask for, receive or store full payment-card credentials on this website.

Technical and usage data

Device, browser, operating-system, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring page, interactions and security logs generated by the website or its providers.

Sensitive or third-party information

Some services may require sensitive information, such as PAN, Aadhaar or other identity records, bank or income details, tax returns, employee information, digital-signature materials, legal documents or government-portal records. Provide only what we request for a defined purpose. If you supply information about another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the person has been informed where required.

3. Why we use information

Where consent is required, we will seek it through a clear affirmative action, such as the enquiry-form consent box or your express instruction. Where you voluntarily give information to request a service, we may use it for that stated purpose and related follow-up. We may also process information where necessary to comply with law, establish or defend a legal claim, prevent fraud or perform another lawful purpose permitted by applicable law.

4. When information may be shared

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Access is limited to people who need it for a legitimate work purpose and are subject to appropriate confidentiality, professional or contractual duties.

Government portals, WhatsApp, banks, payment providers and other independent platforms operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Their processing is outside our direct control once information is submitted to them.

5. Website technology, analytics and WhatsApp

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic and website performance. It may collect device, browser, page, interaction and approximate location information using cookies or similar technologies. We configure our website events so that names, emails, phone numbers, detailed messages and documents are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. Google may process analytics data under its own terms and privacy practices.

Enquiry forms and Google Sheets

Where the online enquiry route is enabled, the form sends the details you enter to our Google Apps Script/Google Sheets workflow so that our team can respond. Please submit only the information needed to explain your requirement. Do not attach or paste passwords, OTPs, card data, PINs or credentials.

WhatsApp

Choosing a WhatsApp action prepares a message for you to review and sends you to WhatsApp. The message is not sent by the website itself; it is sent only when you choose to send it in WhatsApp. Once sent, it is also subject to WhatsApp’s terms and privacy practices.

Your controls

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though essential website features may be affected. You may also contact us to opt out of non-essential follow-up communications. This does not prevent communications necessary for an existing engagement, invoice, legal notice or compliance obligation.

6. Security, retention and international processing

We use reasonable organisational, technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect information against accidental loss, unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission, email, cloud system or messaging service is completely secure. Please use secure channels for sensitive documents when we provide one, and notify us promptly if you suspect an unauthorised instruction or compromise.

We retain information for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, the engagement, applicable law, professional requirements, limitation periods, audit, tax, record-keeping, dispute resolution and security needs. We may retain appropriately protected records after an engagement ends where legally necessary. When retention is no longer required, we delete, anonymise or securely archive the information according to our practices and applicable law.

Our providers, including Google and WhatsApp, may process data from systems located outside India. Any such processing is subject to applicable law, the relevant provider’s safeguards and any transfer restrictions that apply at the time.

7. Your choices, rights and grievances

Subject to identity verification, legal privilege, confidentiality owed to others and lawful retention obligations, you may ask us to:

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may prevent us from starting or continuing a service that depends on the information. We will respond within the period required by applicable law or, where no period is prescribed, within a reasonable time. If you are dissatisfied after using our grievance channel, you may use any remedy available under applicable law.

Children

Our services are intended for adults and business representatives. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children for independent use of the website. If information about a child is necessary for a lawful, client-authorised matter, it must be provided by a parent, lawful guardian or authorised representative. Please contact us if you believe a child’s information has been supplied without appropriate authority.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology, service delivery or our practices. The effective date at the top will show when it was last revised. For material changes affecting an active client relationship, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable or required by law.
